Three Bedroom/ Two Bath (R)

Resident (Lessee) understands that they must have the manager's written approval PRIOR to bringing a pet into the apartment. That includes having this addendum filled out and all fees paid. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and a $150 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet. Resident also understands that Landlord (Lessor) has imposed a strict breed restriction whereby NONE of the following breeds OR mixed breeds will be permitted: German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Dalmatians, Akita, Chow, Great Dane, Boxers, St. Bernard, Alaskan Husky/Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrid, Pit Bulls, American Bulls, or any other species commonly referred to as "pit bull. No reptilian, arachnoid, or amphibious species allowed.
