Resident (Lessee) understands that they must have the manager's written approval PRIOR to bringing a pet into the apartment. That includes having this addendum filled out and all fees paid. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and a $150 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet. Resident also understands that Landlord (Lessor) has imposed a strict breed restriction whereby NONE of the following breeds OR mixed breeds will be permitted: German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Dalmatians, Akita, Chow, Great Dane, Boxers, St. Bernard, Alaskan Husky/Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrid, Pit Bulls, American Bulls, or any other species commonly referred to as "pit bull. No reptilian, arachnoid, or amphibious species allowed.
Smoking anywhere inside buildings of the apartment community is strictly prohibited. All forms and use of burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited tobacco products and smoking of tobacco products inside any dwelling, building, or interior of any portion of the apartment community is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the no smoking policy is a material and substantial violation of this addendum and the Lease Contract.
